I recently visited Arch - Near Aerocity, and while my overall experience was pleasant, it had its ups and downs. The lobby felt elegant, and the staff was generally cooperative, helping me swap rooms when I encountered an issue. While my initial room had a cigarette smell, the second was cleaner. On the value front, the hotel does offer a complimentary welcome drink, which is a nice touch after a long journey. The location left much to be desired, putting it at a disadvantage compared to other options in the area. So, if you're looking for a hassle-free stay and willing to spend a bit more for added comfort, this hotel is worth considering-but keep your expectations in check.
